Job summary

Lanson Partners is seeking a Finance analytics professional to provide reporting and analysis across a broad portfolio of investment activity, delivering strategic insights to support decision-making across the organisation.

You will prepare financial reporting and analysis for senior management and executives, partner with Finance, Strategy and business units to guide investment and resource allocation, and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across financial analysis, management reporting, FP&A, commercial finance or investment reporting.
• An appropriate Finance qualification, ideally CA, CPA or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to turn financial information into meaningful insights.
• Curious and questioning mindset, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and solve complex problems.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across Finance and the broader business.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality reporting.
• Experience with Tableau, Alteryx or Power BI would be advantageous but is not essential.
