Job summary

Gold Coast Health is seeking a Project Advisor (Workforce Attraction) to join the Coomera Hospital Workforce Project team, supporting workforce readiness for the new facility. You will assist in developing, implementing and evaluating attraction initiatives and provide advice on recruitment marketing, campaigns and candidate engagement.

• Support the development and improvement of the Careers at Gold Coast Health website, ensuring content and user experiences are engaging and accessible.
• Effectively plan, monitor, track and report on project activities to ensure milestones, deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies are appropriately managed.
