Job summary

Gold Coast Health is seeking a Project Advisor (Workforce Attraction) to support workforce readiness for the new Coomera facility and drive recruitment marketing on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

The role involves developing attraction strategies, campaigns, candidate engagement, and maintaining the Careers at Gold Coast Health site, while effectively planning and reporting on project milestones within the Workforce Strategy and Culture team.

• Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed.
• Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)
• While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded

An opportunity has become available for a Project Advisor (Workforce Attraction) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 14 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

• Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of workforce attraction initiatives that support Coomera Hospital workforce readiness

About Us

This role sits within a dedicated Coomera Hospital Workforce Project team established to support workforce readiness for the commissioning and opening of the new facility. The team works in close partnership with the broader infrastructure and commissioning project streams, as well as key Human Resource functions including Learning and Development, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Policy and Performance.

The position reports through the Workforce Strategy and Culture team, which leads organisation-wide workforce planning, capability and culture initiatives across Gold Coast Health. This ensures alignment between local Coomera workforce readiness activities and the broader strategic workforce priorities of the Health Service.
