Job summary
Gold Coast Health is seeking a Project Advisor (Workforce Attraction) to join the Coomera Hospital Workforce Project team, supporting workforce readiness for the new facility. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of workforce attraction initiatives that support Coomera Hospital workforce readiness.
- Provide advice and support in the development of attraction strategies, attraction campaigns, recruitment marketing activities and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Support the development and improvement of the Careers at Gold Coast Health website, ensuring content and user experiences are engaging and accessible.
- Effectively plan, monitor, track and report on project activities to ensure milestones, deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies are appropriately managed.
