Formcom is seeking a Project Administrator to support our formwork projects across Australia. You will handle delivery coordination, accounts, budgets and reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget project outcomes.
The role requires at least 2 years in construction (preferably formwork), solid drawing-reading ability, and strong organisation with a proactive, independent work style. You will liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors and help streamline financial and project processes.

We’re seeking a Project Administrator to support our projects with delivery, accounts, budgets, and reporting—ensuring every project is delivered on time and on budget.
Support of accounts payable and receivable: invoice processing, coding
Track project costs in real time, maintain budgets, and produce cash flow forecasts and job profitability reports
Support job scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to keep projects on schedule
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on deliveries, variations, and progress updates
Maintain accurate project documentation, approvals, and compliance records
Ensure data integrity across Varicon
Streamline workflows for invoicing, cost coding, and reporting efficiency
Assist with procurement, logistics, and coordination as needed
Manage internal comms, meeting minutes, and ad-hoc quoting/tender support
2+ years of experience in construction (Formwork experience preferred)
Strong ability to read and understand construction drawings and documents
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A self-starter with a positive attitude who can work independently and contribute to team success
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work conditions
