Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Project Administrator based in Forest Glen, Qld to support the National Projects Manager. You will focus on understanding customer needs, quoting and securing orders from current and prospective clients.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will promote, sell and close opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service. Key duties include inbound inquiries, pricing, tender review, CRM management, coordinating manufacture orders, and supporting installation

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in the administration and management of construction projects in respect to supply and installation of metal door frames, fire doors and timber doors.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and emails promptly and resolve customer enquiries.
• Document control, register projects for quoting and orders.
• Review project tender requests and provide accurate pricing.
• Submit pricing variations as required.
• Prepare manufacture orders with all required information to enable manufacture.
