Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Project Administrator based in Forest Glen, Qld, to support national projects. You will focus on understanding customer needs, quoting and closing orders in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with a high-performing team to deliver quality door solutions and ensure timely project delivery. The role involves reviewing tender requests, pricing projects, and maintaining strong customer relationships to maximise sales.

Qualifications

• Substantial level of skill in the administration and management of construction projects involving door frames, fire doors and timber doors.
• Ability to communicate satisfactorily with management, clients, specifiers and subcontractors.
• Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with manufacturing and sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and emails promptly, resolving customer enquiries with excellent service.
• Document control, register projects for quoting and orders.
• Keep product and process knowledge up to date.
• Review tender requests and provide accurate pricing.
• Prepare and present targeted project pricing for proposals.
• Submit pricing variations as required.
• Analyze drawings to determine correct frames/doors and specs.
• Attend to inbound leads, RFIs, and RFQs promptly.
• Support sales targets and follow up on quotes and orders.
