We are seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to join our Operations Support team, based in either our Yatala or Tuggerah office. This part-time, fixed-term role is three days per week and offers one work-from-home day once successfully trained. Working closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and delivery teams, you will support the efficient delivery of projects through accurate administration, effective coordination and confident stakeholder communication.

Reporting to the Operations Support Supervisor, you will be working as a member of the Operation Support Team where you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Maintain project records, databases and documentation across multiple systems
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and project-related documentation
Perform accurate and timely data entry to support project delivery activities
Provide administrative support to Project Managers and operational teams
Respond to stakeholder enquiries and ensure information is communicated effectively
Support compliance, document control and record management requirements.
Previous administration experience within a project, construction, telecommunications, utilities or similar environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive and team-focused approach with the ability to learn new systems quickly
