Job summary

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Program Administrator to join our Utilities team in the Gympie Region, Queensland. This role provides essential administrative, reporting and coordination support across a portfolio of Queensland-based projects while supporting national operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position.
• Experience within utilities, construction or engineering industries preferred.
• Strong administration in a project-based environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines.
• Confident stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across multiple projects and programs.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, registers and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and track action items.
• Assist with project reporting, document control and data management.
• Support Project Managers with day-to-day program administration.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support project delivery and reporting requirements.
• Assist with the coordination of project schedules, variations and administrative processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and reporting efficiencies.
