About your new role

The Programs, Partnerships & Memberships Lead will be responsible for driving the non-profit’s growth, community impact, and stakeholder engagement across three key areas. They will cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with corporate sponsors, donors, and community partners while negotiating agreements to secure ongoing support. On the program side, they will design, execute, and evaluate mission-driven initiatives, managing budgets and tracking metrics to ensure effective community delivery. Additionally, the lead will oversee membership operations developing strategies to recruit and retain members, enhancing value propositions, managing CRM data, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and fundraising teams to report on key outcomes and metrics.
