• Develop effective monitoring and quality improvement initiatives to meet the strategic directions for the delivery of existing homelessness services.
• Lead critical projects and continue to review processes and procedures to enhance service delivery and deliver better outcome for people at risk of or are experiencing homelessness.
• Prepare and present the implementation and delivery of service design initiatives.
