Job summary

Victorian Government - Department of Families, Fairness, and Housing seeks a Principal Program Manager to provide leadership within a multi-disciplinary team, delivering the Government's housing agenda through major initiatives and co-investment programs with the Commonwealth. Qualifications

• Financial analysis, modelling, project costing and/or commercial advice highly desirable.
• Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams on large government programs.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively build and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.
• Identify emerging opportunities, issues, risk and trends and bring together partners to agree on and implement solutions to issues.
• Provide leadership, guidance and authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders, deal effectively with a broad range of people and sensitive issues, work across multiple projects and multi-disciplinary teams to meet emerging pressures and demands, as required.
• Synthesize information from a range of sources, analyse and communicate both quantitative and qualitative information so that it is understood by different audiences.
