Responsibilities

• Develop effective monitoring and quality improvement initiatives to meet the strategic directions for the delivery of existing homelessness services.
• Lead critical projects and review processes to enhance service delivery and outcomes for people at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
• Prepare and present the implementation and delivery of service design initiatives.
