The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a Programs Facilitator - Library to join Yarrila Place. You will design, coordinate and deliver engaging programs, events and outreach initiatives that connect people of all ages with ideas, culture and community.

As our Programs Facilitator - Library, you\'ll play a key role in bringing these experiences to life. Working within our Cultural Services team at Yarrila Place, you\'ll design, coordinate and deliver engaging programs, events and outreach initiatives that connect people of all ages with ideas, culture, creativity and community.
From author talks, workshops and school holiday activities to community partnerships and pop-up experiences, you\'ll help create a vibrant annual program that reflects the diverse interests of our community. You\'ll work closely with colleagues, community groups, educators, artists and external partners to develop innovative and inclusive experiences that support strategic cultural outcomes and strengthen community connections. You\'ll also contribute to program planning, evaluation, logistics, communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure every event is delivered safely, professionally and successfully.

You\'re a creative and organised professional who thrives on bringing people together through meaningful programs and experiences. You bring strong project and event coordination skills, a collaborative approach and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
