Job summary

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a Programs Facilitator - Library to design, coordinate and deliver engaging library programs, events and outreach initiatives at Yarrila Place. You will connect people of all ages with ideas, culture, creativity and community.

You’ll work with colleagues, educators, artists and external partners to create inclusive experiences that support cultural outcomes, manage logistics, and ensure each event is delivered safely and professionally.

Responsibilities

• design, coordinate and deliver engaging programs, events and outreach initiatives that connect people of all ages with ideas, culture, creativity and community.
• work closely with colleagues, community groups, educators, artists and external partners to develop innovative and inclusive experiences that support strategic cultural outcomes and strengthen community connections.
• contribute to program planning, evaluation, logistics, communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure every event is delivered safely, professionally and successfully.
