Job summary

The City of Coffs Harbour in NSW is seeking a Programs Facilitator - Library to design, coordinate and deliver engaging library programs and outreach. Based at Yarrila Place, you’ll work with schools, artists and community groups to connect people with ideas, culture and creativity.

The role focuses on events from author talks to school holidays, with a vibrant annual program and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in program development, event delivery and stakeholder engagement, combined with strong communication and organisational skills, will set you up for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and deliver engaging programs, events and outreach initiatives that connect people with ideas, culture and community.
• Work with colleagues, community groups, educators, artists and external partners to develop inclusive experiences that support cultural outcomes.
• Contribute to program planning, evaluation, logistics, communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure events are delivered safely and professionally.
