The role is 12-month fixed-term, negotiable between part-time and full-time, based in Bairnsdale or Lakes Entrance, with salary packaging and development opportunities included.

Qualifications

• Certificate III level or above in Administration or equivalent with relevant units.
• Experience in administrative processes or related work is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and contract administration.
• Provide customer enquiries support and financial reconciliation.
• Maintain spreadsheets and data for program reporting and service delivery.
