Responsabilités

• Design and cost customised group itineraries.
• Coordinate bookings with hotels, transport providers, airlines, rail operators, and other tourism suppliers.
• Manage group operations and provide support while clients are travelling.
• Proactively resolve operational issues and find solutions when challenges arise.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners.
• Deliver outstanding service and attention to detail at every stage of the customer journey.
• Assist in leading and supporting the groups team.
