Job summary

City of Moreton Bay is seeking a Program Officer Business Improvement to support organisational improvement initiatives across Infrastructure Planning. You will analyse information, coordinate initiatives and help drive better systems and workflows to deliver high-quality outcomes for our community.

This permanent full-time role offers a 9-day fortnight, hybrid work with some work-from-home days, Strathpine location, and a salary of $103,597 per annum plus 12% super.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing business, program or project information and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to support improvements to systems, workflows, templates and business processes.
• Sound understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders and present information clearly.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering quality customer outcomes.
• Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence.

• Provide information, analysis and business support to leaders across Infrastructure Planning.
• Assist with development and continuous improvement of systems, processes, reporting tools and workflows.
• Monitor and report on program and project information, including status, milestones, costs and performance data.
• Support implementation of policies, procedures, templates and work practices across the directorate.

Working within the Infrastructure Planning, you'll provide analysis, coordination and business improvement support across the Infrastructure Planning Directorate. You'll help drive better systems, reporting, processes and ways of working that enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for our community.
