Join City of Moreton Bay as a Program Officer Business Improvement and play a key role in supporting organisational improvement initiatives that help our city grow smarter and more efficiently. Help drive continuous improvement across Infrastructure Planning.

Working within the Infrastructure Planning, you'll provide analysis, coordination and business improvement support across the Infrastructure Planning Directorate. You'll help drive better systems, reporting, processes and ways of working that enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for our community.

As a Program Officer Business Improvement, you will:

• Provide information, analysis and business support to leaders across Infrastructure Planning.
• Assist with the development and continuous improvement of systems, processes, reporting tools and workflows.
• Monitor and report on program and project information, including project status, milestones, costs and performance data.
• Support the implementation of policies, procedures, templates and work practices across the directorate.

We are seeking an organised and analytical professional who enjoys improving processes, supporting projects and helping teams work more effectively.
