The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) is seeking a Training Services Coordinator to provide expert administrative support to trainee programs across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

The RACP provides services to support the delivery of training, continuing professional development, and health policy and advocacy to medical health professionals.

Training Services is responsible for providing training progression and comprehensive administrative support to trainees, supervisors and committees involved in the RACP Basic and Advanced training programs across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. Our services include advising on program requirements, coordinating the Divisional Clinical Examination in Aotearoa New Zealand, delivering training support for both trainees and supervisors, and supervisor learning support.
The purpose of this role is to provide expert advice and professional operational support to assigned portfolio of training programs. This role is also responsible for supporting committees within a governance framework and ensuring decisions comply with RACP policies and procedures.
This is a full time, fixed term contract until May 2027.
