Responsibilities include program governance, financial management, and managing stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid working model with a competitive salary of $180,000 plus super. Full working rights in Australia are required.

Program Manager – Identity & Access Management (IDAM)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager – Identity & Access Management (IDAM) to lead a major, multi-year cybersecurity uplift program within a large, complex enterprise environment.

This role will take full end-to-end ownership of an Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Program, including the implementation of One Identity and associated identity governance and access controls. You will be accountable for delivery across multiple business units and international operations, driving measurable security, compliance, and operational outcomes.

THE ROLE

As Program Manager, you will lead the planning, governance, and delivery of a strategic IDAM program aligned to broader cybersecurity uplift objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Identity & Access Management Program
• Own and execute a multi-year IDAM roadmap, aligned to cybersecurity priorities
• Deliver enterprise solutions including Identity Governance (IGA), RBAC, PAM, and CIAM
• Manage the implementation of One Identity and related integrations
• Establish and maintain strong program governance, reporting, and executive visibility
• Lead procurement, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and delivery management
• Manage program financials, including budgets, forecasts, and benefits realisation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Architecture, and Business units
• Identify and resolve complex identity, access, and compliance challenges
• Drive change management and adoption to ensure sustainable outcomes

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale cybersecurity or IDAM programs
• Hands‑on program and project delivery background (not advisory only)
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance, Access Management, RBAC, and PAM
• Demonstrated ability to lead new, complex programs from initiation to delivery
• Strong financial management experience across large programs
• Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
• Ability to operate autonomously with full accountability for outcomes
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM) highly regarded
