Qualifications

• Lead configuration and implementation of CyberArk PAM capabilities.
• Integrate CyberArk PAM with IGA and IAM platforms.
• Act as the technical authority for PAM initiatives.
• Monitor and improve the health of PAM environments.
• Lead incident investigations and resolutions.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity Specialist – Privileged Access Management (PAM) to play a critical role in securing and enabling a large, complex digital environment. This is a senior, hands‑on technical role focused on CyberArk Privileged Cloud, operating at the intersection of security engineering, architecture, and technical leadership.

You’ll act as a technical authority and escalation point, working closely with internal cyber security teams and service delivery partners, while mentoring fellow identity engineers and shaping the future of the identity operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operation, engineering, and support of CyberArk Privileged Cloud, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational security standards.
• Lead hands‑on configuration and implementation of CyberArk PAM capabilities across the digital environment.
• Integrate CyberArk PAM with IGA and IAM platforms (e.g. SailPoint) in line with best practice and Zero Trust principles.
• Act as the technical authority for PAM initiatives, working alongside project teams, vendors, and partners.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve the health, performance, and security of PAM environments.
• Lead incident investigation and resolution, including root cause analysis and post‑incident reviews.
• Develop and maintain as‑built and operational documentation to support BAU operations.

Skills & Experience

• Experience across the Identity domain (PAM, IAM, IGA) as an engineer, architect, or technical lead.
• Minimum 2 years’ end‑to‑end CyberArk Privileged Cloud implementation experience, with multiple implementations highly regarded.
• Strong hands‑on experience with CyberArk modules including:
• Secure Cloud Access (SCA)
• Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA)
• Endpoint Protection Manager (EPM)
• Workforce Password Management (WPM)
• Secure Web Sessions (SWS)
• Secrets Management & Remote Access
• Proven experience defining and implementing PAM operating models in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong documentation capability and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and AWS.
• Experience working in regulated environments, ideally utilities or critical infrastructure
