Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a business‑oriented Program Manager to manage the GOES Infrastructure Program, overseeing capacity planning, capital projects and start‑ups for the fulfillment network.

You will coordinate with multiple teams, model and estimate projects, and drive processes across locations to enable efficient expansion. The role requires 3+ years in program management, advanced Excel and SQL skills, and a collaborative approach to work with tech and non‑tech stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal Amazon teams and external partners to deliver CAPEX projects and innovations.
• Be a governance facilitator that maintains structure, procedures and standard ways of working that follow a common language for project and program delivery.
• Develop and implement unified platform tools, information systems and leverage analytics and data visualization to support reporting and decision making process.
• Develop, evaluate and simplify current working procedures and improve organization team structure.
• Communicate project status, drive and elevate decision making and help requests.
• Lead critical path schedule items and escape to leadership on potential risks and delays.
• Assist in engineering capacity management.
• Ability to understand Operational processes.
