Job summary

Amazon Corporate Services Pty Ltd through AWS BaND seeks a technical program manager to own end-to-end brick and network deployment programs in APAC data centers. You will coordinate with networking engineers, design teams, and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery and scalable deployment processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical program management experience.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software).
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.
• Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of brick and network deployment programs across all phases.
• Partner with networking engineers, design engineers, capacity planners, supply chain, and vendor teams.
• Develop and maintain program schedules; identify risks and define path-to-green plans.
• Provide regular progress reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage competing priorities across concurrent projects.
• Identify and implement scalable, data-driven process improvements.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal partners on material delivery and hardware installation.
• Define and track success metrics (SLA, dwell times, on-time delivery).
• Write charters, deployment plans, and runbooks.
• Support introduction of new hardware technologies and deployment processes.
