Job summary

CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay, Artarmon NSW, seeks a Program Manager for Family, Child & Youth Support (CaFS) to lead a portfolio of services across Northern Sydney. You’ll drive quality, safeguarding and outcomes, supervise senior caseworkers and coordinate multi-service responses to support vulnerable families.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership in family services
Experience supervising complex casework
Strong knowledge of NSW safeguarding requirements
Ability to drive outcomes and KPIs

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership across CaFS, CAPS and Supported Playgroup programs.
Mentor and supervise Senior Caseworkers, Caseworkers and Intake Officer.
Drive performance against contractual KPIs and funding requirements.
Oversee intake, triage, referrals and caseload allocation.
Ensure quality documentation and defensible decision-making.
