Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking a Program Manager (Data Analytics) to lead a finance data transformation as part of an SAP S/4HANA upgrade. The role supports moving from waterfall to Agile, ensuring data accessibility across teams while maintaining a strong outcomes focus.

This long, rolling contract is based in Sydney with three days in the office per week and a clear path toward the 2028 go-live. You will work with stakeholders, vendors, and a broad enterprise program to deliver data products

Qualifications

Program Manager with data transformation focus.
Experience managing data transformations and data governance.
Finance data transformation experience as part of ERP/CRM upgrade preferred.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Data & analytics background.
Ability to deliver in tight timeframes and be outcomes-focused.

Responsibilities

Lead data transformation programs focusing on data products and governance.
Oversee finance data transformation as part of an ERP/CRM upgrade (SAP S/4HANA).
Engage stakeholders across business units and manage vendors.
Support transition from waterfall to Agile delivery.
Deliver outcomes on tight timelines and drive data access improvements.
