Job summary

Blackmores Group is seeking an experienced ERP Finance Business Partner to join the ERP Program Management Office on a multi-year transformation project implementing SAP S/4HANA and related platforms in Australia. This fixed-term role supports forecasting, investment analysis and benefits tracking across ERP and CRM initiatives.

Reporting to the ERP Program Finance Lead, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure financial transparency, robust models and timely governance

Qualifications

• CA, CPA or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience in FP&A or Transformation Finance.
• Experience with major ERP/technology transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecast-to-complete analysis across ERP and CRM transformations.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and funding requests.
• Assess financial impact of scope, schedule, resources and delivery changes.
• Support business case updates, governance submissions and change control.
• Analyse vendor spend, contracts and program run rates.
• Identify cost risks and opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Own the program benefits baseline and value-tracking framework.
• Prepare financial insights for governance forums and executives.
