Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking a Program Manager (Data Analytics) for a long, rolling contract with a huge brand in Sydney. The role focuses on data transformations and governance, with a go-live target of 2028.

You will manage finance data transformation within an ERP/CRM upgrade and navigate a shift from waterfall to Agile while coordinating multiple vendors in a large enterprise environment. You should be outcomes-driven, skilled at stakeholder engagement, and capable of delivering data

Qualifications

• Experience leading data transformation projects.
• Finance data transformation experience, ideally ERP/CRM upgrades.
• Strong data analytics background.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the finance data transformation program as part of the SAP S/4HANA upgrade.
• Coordinate data transformation work streams and ensure data access for stakeholders.
• Lead in moving from waterfall to Agile delivery.
• Drive outcomes with urgency while remaining people-focused.
• Ensure alignment with project timelines and go-live in 2028.

The role requires someone who works with urgency, is very outcomes & dates focused, who can drive things in a way that is still people-focused.

This is a 3 days in office, Sydney-based role, and with go-live in 2028 there is good longevity.
