Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
• Be a committed, practicing Catholic, or in an ecumenical school, a committed, practicing member of one faith tradition represented in that school.
• Experience in school leadership or roles providing support and leadership to Catholic schools.
• Demonstrated leadership of academic, cultural, outreach, or sporting programs.
• Proven ability to supervise and support teaching staff across a school setting.
• Strong organisational skills to coordinate program logistics, resources, and operations.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, staff and partners.
• Capacity to build partnerships with external organisations to enhance outcomes.
• Commitment to the values and ethos of the school in program leadership.
• Ability to lead professional learning aligned with best practices and research.
• Active contribution to school leadership through staff meetings.
• Competence in managing budgets and material resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead the designated program in the school.
• Supervise teachers engaged in the program across the school.
• Induct new teachers within the program or supervise induction.
• Monitor program outcomes and address issues with appropriate interventions.
• Coordinate staff delivering the program in line with school ethos.
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
• Organise program activities, resources, transport and staff.
• Stay updated on best practices and provide professional learning.
• Contribute to school leadership in meetings.
• Manage budgets and allocated resources.
