Qualifications

• Eligibility to work within Australia for the duration of the appointment.
• Experience in school leadership or leading programs within Catholic education.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and support staff across a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the designated program in the school.
• Supervise teachers engaged in the program throughout the school.
• Induct new teachers within the program.
• Monitor program outcomes for students and address areas of concern.
• Coordinate the work of staff delivering the program in line with school ethos.
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the program.
• Organise program activities including resources and logistics.
• Lead professional learning aligned with best practices and research.
