Brisbane Catholic Education seeks a Program Leader (Data and Performance) for McAuley College, Beaudesert. This continuing, full-time role drives data-informed decision-making, improves student outcomes and leads strategic school initiatives. Start January 2027, at 30 hours/week with a competitive salary and allowances.

You will supervise staff, manage the program, coordinate resources, and engage with parents and partners to sustain high-quality education within BCE’s Catholic ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience leading academic, cultural, outreach, or sporting programs.
• Proven ability to supervise and support teaching staff across a school setting.
• Strong organisational and budget management capabilities.
• Excellent communication with students, parents, staff and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the designated program in the school.
• Supervise teachers engaged in the program across the school.
• Induct new teachers within the program or supervise induction.
• Monitor program outcomes and address areas of concern with interventions.
• Coordinate staff delivering the program in line with the school's values.
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
• Keep up to date with best practices and provide professional learning for staff.
• Contribute to school leadership through meetings.
• Manage budgets and allocated resources.
