Qualifications

• Experience as a business coach with outcomes-driven focus.
• Ability to run group coaching and one-on-one sessions.
• Strong commercial sense in profitability, pricing, cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead group coaching sessions for electrical and plumbing business owners.
• Deliver one-on-one coaching and strategy sessions.
• Help members improve profitability, pricing, cash flow, sales, and team performance.
• Challenge members to implement changes to grow their businesses.
• Manage a portfolio of members and track coaching progress.
• Engage members between sessions and contribute to the coaching community.
• Develop practical coaching tools and resources for trade businesses.
• Share coaching insights to improve delivery of results.
