Aureus Financial is seeking a Profit Coach to join our Education team. This fully remote role, based in Australia, will manage a portfolio of small business clients, translating financial data into clear actions and holding clients accountable for results.

You’ll deliver tailored coaching sessions, simplify complex financials, and apply our profit-building methodologies. Success includes strong client outcomes and active engagement with the coaching community.

The Role

As a Profit Coach, you'll be the primary relationship holder for a portfolio of small business clients, guiding them through our proprietary profit-building frameworks. You'll translate financial data into clear, actionable steps and hold clients accountable to executing them. This is a hands-on coaching role for someone who thrives on seeing real results.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-impact coaching sessions tailored to each client's stage and goals
• Simplify complex financial concepts into steps clients can act on immediately
• Guide clients through our proven profit and wealth-building methodologies
• Monitor client progress using our traffic-light tracking system
• Build genuine community through events, group sessions, and client engagement
• Generate case studies and referrals through demonstrated client results
