Job summary

Rogal Dawn, a boutique Positive Behaviour Support practice in Queensland, is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a small, clinically driven team. The role offers flexibility to be part-time or full-time and will be structured around your experience level.

You will manage diverse caseloads across home, community, and education settings, with emphasis on ethical practice, outcome-focused care, and participant safety. NDIs registration and blue card checks are required.

The Role

This role can be part-time or full-time and will be shaped around your level of experience.

You will work with a diverse caseload across home, community, and education settings. Participant complexity will align with your demonstrated clinical capability and NDIS registration level.

About You

You are:

  • Are you an Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner with minimum 2years plus experience

  • An experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner (NDIS registered or eligible)

  • Confident completing high-quality FBAs and PBSPs

  • Comfortable working with complex presentations

  • Ethical, reflective, and clinically curious

  • Strong in documentation and professional communication

  • Committed to evidence-based, person-centred practice

  • Seeking a long-term professional home
