Job summary

Ubeeco Packaging Solutions – Erskine Park NSW is actively seeking Production Workers to join our Erskine Park facility for Day and Afternoon shifts. Training will be provided to operate high speed production and process equipment.

Key duties include timber assembly, machine operation, tool use, data/quality checks and a strong safety focus. Candidates should be reliable, physically fit, and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in timber assembly is highly desirable.
• Experience with hand tools (nail gun experience preferred).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and honest.
• A disciplined attitude to work safely in the work environment and around the plant.
• A good level of physical fitness and the ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Quick learner.
• Own transport preferred due to limited public transport options.

Responsibilities

• Product assembly with hand tools and machinery.
• Operating and cleaning of equipment and plant.
• Wood cutting.
• Use of basic hand and power tools such as nail guns, drills, reciprocating saws, tape measure and impact drivers.
• Accurately report on production data and quality checks.
• Working safely at all times, taking responsibility for your own health and safety, as well as that of your team members and site visitors.

As a result of consistent growth, we are actively seeking Production Workers to join our team for both Day and Afternoon Shifts:

Day: 6:00am - 2:45pm (Monday - Thursday) 6:00am - 12:20pm (Friday)

Aft: 2:40pm - 11:10pm (Monday - Thursday) 12:10pm - 6:25pm (Friday)

The Position

A great opportunity has become available to join the manufacturing production team based in our Erskine Park facility. You will receive training and ongoing support to enable you to effectively operate our high speed production, manufacturing and process equipment.

Your duties will include:

Product assembly with hand tools and machinery

Operating and cleaning of equipment and plant

Wood cutting

Use of basic hand and power tools as requiredsuch as nail guns, drills, reciprocating saws, tape measure and impact drivers

Accurately report on production data and quality checks

Working safely at all times, taking responsibility for your own health and safety, as well as that of your team members and site visitors.

The Ideal Candidate
