Job summary

Rapid Plas Pty is a NSW manufacturer seeking a reliable Production Worker to join our fast-paced rotational moulding team in Tamworth. You'll contribute to day-to-day operations and help ensure high-quality poly products for agricultural, commercial and residential customers.

This hands-on role requires safety focus, teamwork and a positive attitude. You’ll operate machinery, feed materials, apply work orders and assist the team to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Feeding raw materials into production machinery.

For over 30 years, Rapid Plas has been designing and manufacturing quality poly products for agricultural, commercial and residential customers across New South Wales and Queensland.

We are seeking reliable a motivated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role suited to people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing high-quality products.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be involved in the day-to-day operation of our rotational moulding facility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Feeding raw materials into production machinery
• Following and completing production work orders
• Inspecting moulds and finished products for quality and defects
• Operating forklifts and lifting equipment (where licensed)
• Using a variety of powered and hand tools
• Cleaning and maintaining machinery and work areas
• Working safely and following all WHS procedures
• Assisting the team to meet production targets
