Job summary

Rapid Plas Pty is seeking a reliable Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in New South Wales. This hands-on role involves operating equipment in a fast-paced rotational moulding facility and contributing to high-quality output.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will assist with material feeds, quality checks and safe operation of forklifts where licensed. We offer training, overtime opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Feeding raw materials into production machinery
• Following and completing production work orders
• Inspecting moulds and finished products for quality and defects
• Operating forklifts and lifting equipment (where licensed)
• Using a variety of powered and hand tools
• Cleaning and maintaining machinery and work areas
• Working safely and following all WHS procedures
• Assisting the team to meet production targets
