Job summary

Rapid Plas Pty is a NSW manufacturer seeking a reliable Production Worker to join our fast-paced rotational moulding team in Tamworth. You'll contribute to day-to-day operations and help ensure high-quality poly products for agricultural, commercial and residential customers.

This hands-on role requires safety focus, teamwork and a positive attitude. You’ll operate machinery, feed materials, apply work orders and assist the team to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work shift and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Feeding raw materials into production machinery.
• Following and completing production work orders.
• Inspecting moulds and finished products for quality and defects.
• Operating forklifts and lifting equipment (where licensed).
• Using a variety of powered and hand tools.
• Cleaning and maintaining machinery and work areas.
• Working safely and following all WHS procedures.
• Assisting the team to meet production targets.
