Job summary

UCC Coffee in Preston, Victoria, is hiring a Production Warehouse Operator to join our busy team. This full-time, permanent role runs 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm, at our Preston location.

You will load and unload trucks, manage stock and paperwork, support production with timely material supply, and maintain inventory accuracy while adhering to safety standards. A current forklift licence with reach-truck experience is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely loading/unloading trucks and materials using forklifts and reach trucks.
• Verify deliveries paperwork against dispatches.
• Unload green bean bulk bags and store in satellite racks.
• Collect finished goods, wrap and label pallets, store in warehouse locations.
• Ensure materials are available for production and supplied to manufacturing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock counts and rotation.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders as needed.
• Undertake additional duties as directed by Team Leader or Manager.

Join us as our Production Warehouse Operator, where you'll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting our production and supply chain operations. You’ll be responsible for:

• Safely loading and unloading trucks, raw materials, and packaging using forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Verifying documentation against deliveries and dispatches.
• Safely unloading green bean bulk bags and hessian sacks from trucks and putting away into satellite racking.
• Collecting finished goods from production, wrapping and labelling pallets, and accurately storing them in designated warehouse locations.
• Supporting production operations by ensuring materials are available and supplied to manufacturing when required.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through stock counts, stock rotation, and accurate record keeping.
• Where required, accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Undertaking additional warehouse and production duties as directed by the Team Leader or Manager.

About you:

We're seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic individual with experience in production and warehousing within the manufacturing and FMCG space. You're attentive to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are known for your reliability and "can-do" attitude. Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills are essential, and you adapt quickly to change while upholding quality and safety standards. You'll also hold a current, valid forklift licence with experience operating a reach truck.
