Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is seeking a Warehouse Team Member for our Grinders Coffee Roastery in Fairfield, Victoria. You will lead the receival and dispatch of inventory, perform SAP transactions, and ensure accurate stock records while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the receival and dispatch of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Packaging and equipment, ensuring inventory is handled accurately and efficiently.
• Complete SAP transactions for receipting and shipping orders to maintain inventory traceability.
• Store goods and raw materials, maximising warehouse space and aligning physical and system inventory.
• Identify inventory risks, including low stock levels and discrepancies, and escalate as required.
• Complete allocated tasks safely, accurately and on time, prioritising activities to support site operations.
• Provide support across inventory activities, including site stocktake activities.
• Ensure outbound orders are accurate, complete and dispatched on time.
• Respond promptly to changing customer and operational requirements, escalating risks or issues where required.
• Build strong working relationships across functions and with contractors to support seamless warehouse operations.
• Participate in daily team huddles and site-wide performance routines, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Role model safe behaviours and contribute to a strong safety culture across the site.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, GMP, housekeeping, food safety and quality standards.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Member to join our Grinders Coffee team based at our Roastery in Fairfield, Victoria. Reporting to the Team Leader – Roasting & Raw Materials, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate movement of inventory across the site.

This role works Tuesday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:30pm, and Saturday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the receival and dispatch of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Packaging and equipment, ensuring all inventory is handled accurately and efficiently.

• Identify inventory risks, including low stock levels and physical-to-system discrepancies, and escalat issues as required.
• Complete allocated tasks safely, accurately and on time, prioritising activities to support site operations.
• Provide support across logical and physical inventory activities, including site stocktake activities.
• Ensure outbound orders are accurate, complete and dispatched on time.
• Respond promptly to changing customer and operational requirements, escalating risks or issues where required.
• Build strong working relationships across functions and with contractors to support seamless warehouse operations.
• Participate in daily team huddles and site-wide performance routines, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Role model safe behaviours and proactively contribute to a strong safety culture across the site.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures and legislative requirements, including hazard identification, incident reporting and corrective actions.
• Maintain GMP, housekeeping, food safety and quality standards across all warehouse activities.
• Participate in Safe Work Procedures, risk assessments, forklift inspections and ongoing safety improvement initiatives.
• Identify and report non-conforming inbound deliveries and support the production team in maintaining first-time quality standards.
• Contribute to waste reduction and continuous improvement through effective process control and adherence to ISO and food safety requirements.

About You

You’re a reliable and safety-focused warehouse professional who takes pride in getting the job done accurately and on time. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively with teams across the site.

In addition, you will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment.
• A current Forklift Licence (Essential)
• Experience using SAP ECC, with the ability to accurately complete inventory and warehouse transactions.
• The ability to lift up to 20kg unassisted and safely perform the physical requirements of the role.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to multi-task effectively and prioritise work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality and consistent product delivery.
• Availability to work Saturday day shifts as required.
