Job summary

Noumi Limited is seeking a hands-on Production Technician for our Nutritional Plant to operate and monitor complex manufacturing processes from raw materials to final product quality assurance. You will work in a fast-paced FMCG environment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with strict food safety standards.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams, support SOP improvements, and help meet production schedules while maintaining product specifications.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Technician to join our Nutritional Plant team. In this role, you will play a key part in operating, monitoring, and optimising complex manufacturing processes across the full production cycle - from raw material handling and filtration through to spray drying and final product quality assurance.

You will work in a fast-paced FMCG environment, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in line with strict food safety and quality standards.

Operate and monitor processing systems in the Nutritional Plant

Respond to process issues and escalate as required

Support SOP improvements and adherence

Meet production schedules and targets

Conduct quality checks to meet product specifications

Work with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams

Follow safety procedures and maintain a safety-first mindset
