Job summary

Noumi Limited is seeking a hands-on Distribution Lead to oversee domestic and export distribution, report to the Distribution Manager, and lead a three-person team. The Opportunity

Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you\u0027ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of domestic and export distribution activities. You\u0027ll provide day-to-day leadership to your team while working closely with warehousing, transport providers, manufacturing sites and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you\u0027ll have the opportunity to improve processes, build capability within your team and contribute to the ongoing success of our Supply Chain function.

Leading, coaching and developing a team of three Distribution Officers.

Coordinating distribution activities to ensure customer requirements are met.

Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.

Monitoring service performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Supporting operational planning and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.

Acting as an escalation point to resolve distribution and service issues.

What youll bring

You\u0027ll be an experienced leader within distribution, logistics or supply chain who enjoys developing people and improving processes. You\u0027re organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
