Job summary

Noumi Limited is seeking an Engineering Stores Administrator for a 12-month contract to coordinate maintenance stores and administration across the site. The role involves handling CMMS purchases, supplier relations, and process improvements within a manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Reliability Planning Manager, you will support maintenance activities, manage administrative functions in MEX, and operate forklifts as required. Prior FMCG/manufacturing experience is desirable.

• Strong organisational, planning, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience using MEX or a similar Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Previous experience in a similar role involving maintenance stores, reliability support, or business administration.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Reliability Planning Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative and stores activities that support maintenance and reliability functions across the site. This role combines maintenance administration, contractor management, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives to help drive operational excellence.

Generate and process purchase orders through the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support maintenance activities and projects.

Manage and maintain administrative functions within the MEX system.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.

Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering and Reliability function.

Operate forklifts within the engineering and stores areas as required.

What you’ll bring

Previous experience in a similar role involving maintenance stores, reliability support, or business administration.

Experience using MEX or a similar Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.

Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment (desirable)
