Job summary

Noumi Limited is seeking a Production Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor production and packaging equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality products for our customers.

Working across multiple areas and shifts, you'll perform quality checks, maintain production records, participate in continuous improvement, and uphold a strong culture of safety and efficiency within our plants in Australia.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality products that make a difference to our customers. Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll operate and monitor production and packaging equipment, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on achieving production goals, maintaining compliance, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to a strong culture of safety and operational excellence.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience operating production or packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow procedures, complete documentation, and maintain quality standards.
• Basic computer skills and experience completing production records, batch documentation, and operational reports.
• Flexibility to work across different production areas, equipment, and shifts as required.
