Job summary
Detmold Group is seeking a proactive Machine Operator at Regency Park, SA to operate and maintain production equipment in line with technical standards for packaging products for national supermarkets. This part-time role (36 hours per week) features a rotating day and night 12-hour shift pattern and a safety-focused, teamwork-oriented environment.

- Ability to perform machine setup and basic maintenance.
- Understanding of OH&S requirements.

- Set up and operate equipment according to specifications
- Conduct quality checks on products to meet technical standards
- Perform daily roll changes (paper) and general machine cleaning duties
- Carry out basic preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., lubrication)
- Minimise downtime by troubleshooting and resolving first-response equipment issues
- Complete accurate reporting on quality, productivity, and waste performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high housekeeping standards (5S)
