Momentum Consulting is recruiting an experienced Machine Operator for a fast-paced FMCG packaging site in Sydney. The role offers a four-day working week with Friday off, early starts, and a chance to secure permanent employment for the right candidate.

You'll operate packaging machinery, set up and changeovers, monitor quality, and work as part of a tight-knit production team, with training and development provided.

Qualifications

About the role

You'll be working across a variety of packaging machinery and production processes. We're looking for someone who can confidently operate machinery and is keen to develop their skills further.

As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, including:

• Operating a variety of packaging machinery
• Machine setup and changeovers
• Monitoring production and quality
• Troubleshooting and resolving basic machine issues
• Multitasking across different production lines
• Working autonomously once trained
• Following food safety, quality and production procedures
• Working as part of a close-knit production team

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have previous experience as a Machine Operator within FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging or a similar production environment.

• Can work independently and as part of a team
