FIS is seeking a Production Support Analyst to work with global clients and support live software systems for multiple financial institutions. You will own processes, investigate issues, and interact with internal stakeholders such as Client Experience and Professional Services teams.

The role requires solid technical knowledge of Windows, databases and networking, with 3–4 years in customer service or technical support.

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency across operating systems, databases, networking and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes and develop solutions.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, verbal and written.
