Job summary

Ridley Corporation Ltd in Narangba, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations, ensure safety, meet production targets, and manage resources effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing site. You will coordinate maintenance, QA, inventory, and budget control while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a proactive leader with strong planning, people management, and a solid understanding of OH&S and quality systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to OHS/WHS legislation and promote a safe workplace.
• Maintain production SOPs and ensure staff are trained and performing.
• Manage plant resources to meet production targets and plan shutdowns.
• Support continuous improvement with engineering and maintenance.
• Ensure traceability and support quality/commercial teams with issues.
• Provide out-of-hours support for operational issues and budgeting.
