Job summary

Ridley Corporation Ltd is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor for the Laverton site to lead safety, quality, and productivity on the night shift. The role reports to the Production Manager and focuses on efficient resource use, adherence to SOPs, and driving continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CI programs and implementing improvement initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Experience in production planning, control and measurement methodologies.
• Proven leadership of teams in a production environment.
• Knowledge of OH&S and environmental policies and compliant standards.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Certificate IV in management (or equivalent) or higher.
• Technical/mechanical aptitude is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to OHS/WHS legislation and promote a safe workplace, reporting hazards and incidents.
• Maintain production SOPs and ensure team competency.
• Plan for changeovers/shutdowns and week-end cleaning; drive CI opportunities.
• Ensure product traceability and support quality and commercial teams in customer concerns.
